App and subscription terms

Clareya is operated by Clareya LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Using Clareya

These are the app terms you accept when you sign in to Clareya.

These terms are an agreement between you and Clareya LLC, a Texas limited liability company, which operates Clareya.

I confirm that I am 18 or older and live in the United States. I will use my account for my own health information and give accurate information to the best of my knowledge.

Clareya provides information and tracking tools. It is not a doctor, does not diagnose conditions, and is not an emergency service. AI can make mistakes. Discuss health or treatment changes with a qualified clinician before making them.

You control the information you enter. You can review your records, download them, request deletion, manage billing and contact support in Account. These choices remain available if you decline or withdraw health-processing permission.

This agreement does not start a subscription or authorize a payment. Any subscription, renewal and payment authorization is presented separately before purchase. Optional emails (including reminder, review and research-ready emails), usage statistics, photo sharing and publishing an anonymized stack are separate choices. A published stack is public and cannot be changed or removed.

You can record protocols and phases, planned and actual administrations, injection sites, vials and concentrations, batches, typed tests and certificates, bloodwork plans, tracked check-ins, body measurements and private progress photos. A saved plan is not proof that an administration occurred. Corrections remain distinguishable from earlier records.

Protocol, vial and syringe tools calculate from amounts you enter. They do not recommend doses, cycles, stacks, injection or mixing methods, suppliers or post-cycle treatment. A calculation or certificate does not verify product identity, strength, sterility or safety. Comparisons show associations, not proof of cause. Protocol level illustrations and recovery views do not measure or predict blood levels and are not clinical clearance. Alerts and reminders are not continuous monitoring or guaranteed delivery.

Body-fat and fat-free mass index (FFMI) results are estimates, not diagnoses or direct measurements. A displayed certainty or interval is not a clinically calibrated accuracy guarantee. AI estimates are for subscribers, run only when you ask, and need your health permission and the body-estimate part of your Anthropic authorization; photos additionally require a separate optional choice. Viewing or uploading a photo does not start AI processing.

Progress photos are saved as JPEG copies no more than 512 pixels on the longest side, with location and camera details removed. Visible content can still identify you. They remain until you delete them and are downloaded separately. Deleting a photo removes the image; its date, pose, size and file fingerprint, and any estimate that used it, remain until the profile or account is deleted. New lab originals and their page previews are deleted 90 days after upload; earlier uploads keep the expiry shown with the file. Batch certificate files are deleted 90 days after upload; you cannot delete one sooner on its own. Extracted values, typed test values, corrections and saved estimates remain separately. Keep your own original documents and original-resolution photos.

An AI body estimate has its own allowance: one request per UTC day and eight in any rolling 30 days, without using a Full Analyze run. If the app records that a request failed for a technical reason after the AI call ended, including when the outcome is uncertain, that request does not count against the allowance and you can try again, up to three such failures per UTC day. A request interrupted before the app records its outcome, for example by a dropped connection, still counts against the allowance. If your inputs have not changed, the saved AI estimate is reused without a new request. If the AI estimate cannot be completed, a formula estimate is saved instead when your measurements support one. The app shows your remaining allowance.

Automatic AI updates of a saved Analyze report are for subscribers and have no extra charge. After you save relevant changes, the app waits about 30 minutes so changes made close together are reviewed together, then updates the affected findings and scores. Each profile is updated at most once per UTC day, and each account has a monthly limit for automatic updates; an update past that limit waits for your next billing period. When changes are too large for one automatic update, the app updates the most affected items it can and recommends a new Analyze run for the rest. Until an update runs, your saved report stays available and sections that may be out of date are marked.

Monthly subscription

Clareya is not accepting new subscriptions.

$8 USD/month plus applicable tax, renewed monthly until canceled. Includes two full Analyze runs per paid billing period. Today AI: 20 completed, saved on-demand insights per account in any rolling 30 days, shared by trend explanations, regimen-change summaries, Ask my history, appointment briefs, questions and option comparisons. One saved weekly AI report per profile and reporting week after at least three answered check-in days, separate from the 20 insights. Failed requests do not count; processing requests reserve space and are shown separately. Reading or exporting saved insights does not count. Today AI does not use Analyze runs. An Analyze run is used only when a usable report is saved; unused runs expire at period end with no rollover. Cancel online to stop renewal; paid access lasts through the paid period. Check-ins, charts, regimen tracking, reminders, weekly numbers, history, standard exports and existing free tools stay free. Records and saved reports remain available after paid access ends; new premium generation requires paid access. Duplicate charges and legally required remedies are corrected; other refunds need review. No automatic seven-day refund policy.
